Dr. Grace O Peters
Dr. Grace Olufunke Peters is a public health researcher, author, and community impact leader dedicated to improving the wellbeing of families and communities. She served as a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at The Ohio State University, where her work focused on implementation science, healthcare workforce safety, and health equity. She is the Founder and Executive Director of WASTAD (Women Arising Stronger Through Adversity & Disappointment), a global initiative committed to empowering women to overcome life challenges, build resilience, and lead transformative change within their families and communities. Dr. Peters holds a PhD in Family Medicine and brings extensive experience in research, community engagement, and faith based leadership. Through her writing, speaking, and mentoring, she encourages individuals and families to thrive with purpose, faith, and resilience.
